Educational Projects

Project: Interior and Exterior Renovations to Alumni Hall.

Health Care Projects

Owner: State of New Hampshire, Department of Administrative Services, Department of Health and Human Services.

Project: APS Beds Renovate E&F Patient Units, Project No.: 81116D, performed extensive interior and exterior renovations at and within an occupied hospital facility.

Housing & Livable Communities

Owner: Marblehead Housing Authority

Project: Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations to state assisted dwelling units in Marblehead, MA.

Project Cost: $96,379.37

Owner: VOA Forestdale, Malden, MA

Project: IFCC performed the construction of an addition to the existing structure totaling approximately 45,000 SF of new construction, together with rough carpentry, and structural work and repairs to the existing building.

Project: Construction of a new Town Water and Sewer Administration building.

Project: Re-Bid Manchester Patrol Shed 527 Addition and Renovation which involved demolition and new construction expanding and enhancing an existing patrol shed on Route 527 in Manchester, NH.

Historic Projects

Owner: Town of Tyngsborough, MA.

Project: First Parish House Interior Renovations Project which involved extensive interior and exterior renovations and improvements, new construction to fit out existing spaces, a new elevator, and extensive MEP work.

Project: Home and Office of Frederick Law Olmstead, Frederick Law Olmstead Historic Site, Brookline, MA which involved extensive exterior renovations including roofing, siding, waterproofing, and related improvements.

Owner: State of New Hampshire, Department of Natural Resources.

Project: ARPA 2112 Siding and Painting Renovation Project, which involved performing exterior finish carpentry repairs and replacement, and painting.

Federal Projects

Owner: Army & Air Force Exchange Service.

Project: Construct Express/Gas + Renovate Exchange/Service Mall, Project No.: 730035 4563 at Hanscom AFB in Lexington/Bedford, MA. The Project involved a new addition, extensive interior renovations to the existing (and occupied) facility, along with substantial site improvements including new hardscape and landscape areas, and a turn-key gas station (with new below ground storage tanks).

Project Cost: $8,142,696.78

Owner: US Army Corps of Engineers.

Project: Comfort Station Rehab in Sandwich, MA which involved exterior improvements including roofing and siding.

Project Cost: $38,700.00

Owner: Massachusetts Energy Management Agency (MEMA).

Project: MEMA HQ Bathroom Renovations which involved installing new toilet partitions along with plumbing and electrical work.

Recreational Projects

Owner: Town of Wakefield, MA

Project: Albion Cultural Exchange Project which involved interior and exterior renovations and improvements to the Albion Cultural Exchange facility in Wakefield, MA.

Project Cost: $88,751.00

Owner: Town of Claremont NH/Claremont Development Authority.

Project: Claremont Creative Center Building Renovation, 58 Opera House Square in Claremont, NH which involved extensive interior and exterior renovations and improvements.

Project Cost: $1,420,893.38

Owner: Town of Winchester, MA

Project: ADA Ramps Project at the Lynch, Ambrose and Borggaard Schools which involved constructing ADA accessible ramps at these locations, along with related site improvements.

Project Cost: $112,032.11

Owner: State of New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Fish & Game Dept.

Project: Re-Bid Glenn Cove Improvements, State Project No.: 81180C which involved hazardous material abatement, selective and entire demolition, construction of a new pavilion, renovations to an existing farmhouse, and extensive site improvements.

Project Cost: $2,752,807.46

Owner: State of New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Dept of Natural and Cultural Resources.

Project: ARPA Campground Expansion, State Project No.: 811205B which involved extensive demolition, construction of new bath houses, and extensive site improvements at Pawtuckaway park in Nottingham, NH.

Project Cost: $3,688,679.24

Public Projects

Owner: Town of Winchester, MA.

Project: ADA Lifts Project at the Lynch and Muraco Schools. The project involved furnishing and installation of wheelchair lifts, related interior improvements, as well as exterior improvements with grading and paving.

Project Cost: $94,710.39

Owner: Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Office of Court Management (Trial Court).

Project: Malden District Court First Floor Egress and SSWA upgrades, State Project No.: TRC1454 FC 1 which involved extensive interior renovations.

Project Cost: $485,991.85

Project: Replacement of Plaza stairs which involved extensive demolition of an existing concrete staircase on the Southerly portion of the campus, followed by the forming and placement of concrete, and new railings.

Project: Hurley Building Bathroom Renovations, State Project No.: DCP1532 FC1 which involved extensive renovations to existing bathroom facilities in the Hurley Building in Boston which was performed second shift, in an occupied facility, and which involved extensive demolition, hazardous material abatement, MEP work, and finishes.

Project Cost: $620,157.00

Owner: Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance/Chelsea Soldiers Home, Chelsea, MA

Project: Chelsea Soldiers Home, Mass State Project No.: CHE1601 FC 1 which involved envelope repairs and toilet and shower improvements performed in an occupied facility. Substantial latent conditions were encountered resulting in an increase in scope of roughly 47%, and despite these conditions, and added work, IFCC completed the project within the original timeline.

Project: Malden District Court Envelope Upgrades, State Project No.: TRC1675 FC1 which involved extensive masonry repairs, new roof and windows, and exterior improvements.

Project: Mill Hill Fire Station Repair which involved demolition and installation of subsurface drainage along with concrete and masonry finishes and waterproofing in an occupied facility.

Project: Muraco Elementary School casework renovation project, which involved hazardous material abatement, demolition, and installation of new casework, and plumbing fixtures during a limited school vacation period.

Project: Artist’s Row Bathroom Renovations which involved demolition and installation of new plumbing, electrical, masonry, and finishes throughout existing bathrooms on Artist’s Row in downtown Salem.

Project: Gibbs School/HVAC Catwalk which involved furnishing and installation of fabricated metal cat walk assemblies onto the existing roof of the Gibbs School to access HVAC equipment.
